Hello! My name is Allie and I am the owner of Luna Bear Pet Care. I have a degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire. I am a huge animal lover and I have experience with all types of animals. 9 years ago, I rescued a cat, Little Bear, from the NHSPCA. He was born without the radius in his front legs, causing his legs to be bent. I came across Tufts University, where they straightened his legs using steel rods. I had a German Shepherd, Luna, who was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy, which is a disorder that caused her hind legs to be paralyzed. Luna and Little Bear inspired me to start my own pet care business to help care for other animals.
